Bayanihan Global Careers

Bayanihan Global Careers was founded in Makati City in 2015 by Filipino nurses who had worked overseas and wanted to give the next generation a safer, more transparent path abroad. Our name comes from bayanihan, the Filipino spirit of community and helping one another, and it guides everything we do.

Since 2020 we have partnered with JCL Holdings Ltd in Malta, a healthcare staffing company serving hospitals and care homes across Malta and Gozo. Together we recruit and prepare Filipino nurses, caregivers, nursing aides, healthcare assistants and kitchen and domestic staff, and we stay in touch long after they arrive, so that no one makes the journey alone.
