No fees for candidates: Bayanihan Global Careers never charges candidates a placement fee or any other recruitment fee. Our services are paid for by the employer. This policy follows ethical recruitment principles and is consistent with the rules of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) on recruitment fees. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and report it to us or to the DMW immediately. Before you start, we will tell you in writing about any official government fees and who pays them.

Licensing: we operate under applicable licensing by the Department of Migrant Workers.

Vacancies and offers: vacancies on this website are published on behalf of JCL Holdings Ltd, Malta. A vacancy or an interview invitation is not a job offer. Only a written offer from JCL Holdings is binding.

Your information: you confirm that the information and documents you provide are true and complete. False or misleading information may lead to your application being withdrawn.

Permits: work and residence permits are decided by the Maltese authorities. We will support you throughout, but we cannot guarantee the outcome or the processing time.
